Pol Roger Brut Réserve displays a beautiful golden straw coloured hue, as well as abundant and fine bubbles. With a powerful and attractive nose, it first delivers aromas of fruit (pear, mango …) and then releases light flavours of honeysuckle and white jasmine, lingering on vanilla and brioche notes. Behind a frank and dynamic attack, the wine encompasses a nice harmony and a pleasant freshness, whilst preserving some structure. On the palate, flavours of cooked fruit (quince jelly, apricot jam) happily mingle with fragrances of beeswax and acacia honey. The long-lasting aromas, composed of both fruity (candied orange peel, tangerine…) and spicy notes (cardamom, anis) is outstanding

Visually, the Ruinart Blanc de Blancs has a brilliant robe with a beautiful pale yellow color and slight hints of almond green and jade green reflections.The first nose reveals intense aromas of fresh fruit: ripe lemon, juicy pear, or freshly picked peach. The secondary aromas are more floral with hints of white flowers, accompanied by a spicy touch combining ginger and pink peppercorns. Balancing tension with roundness, the enveloping structure is highlighted by fresh aromas of ripe citrus and tropical fruit. With a long and delicate finale.

This Bouzy Grand Cru “Les Parcelles” is defined by complexity and finesse.
“Les Parcelles” is a blend of different grape varietals and vintages. This excellent Bouzy Grand Cru celebrates every element of winemaking. Les Parcelles is a precise expression of Bouzy terroir vinified by the Paillard brothers; the power of the pinot noir from southern facing slopes is balanced by the finesse from the chalky subsoil. Harvested primarily in 2019 with 20% of reserve wines, this cuvée is composed of 80% pinot noir and 20 % chardonnay. Fermented in oak and cellared for 3 years on lees before disgorgement.
